Teacher Education Requirements

TB Test

A negative TB check result is required. You may have a TB test administered either at the Student Health Services, with your personal physician, or at the county health department.

Testing at the Student Health Services

You may schedule an appointment to have the test by calling (309) 438-2778. The cost is $10 and may be charged to your student account. Your ISU Student ID is required. Following the test, you will need to schedule another appointment for the results to be read.

Your results

Please bring the results of your TB test to the Cecilia J. Lauby Teacher Education Center in Room 56 of DeGarmo Hall.

TB test results are viable for one year from the date you received the test.
