Teacher Education Requirements
Gateway 1: Admission to Professional Studies

As a teacher education candidate, you are expected to meet specific requirements in preparation of advance student in teacher education. Specific courses in each teacher preparation program require you to meet all these requirements prior to course registration. Please contact your advisor for specific course information.

NOTE: Teacher Education Requirement removed
The Council for Teacher Education voted to remove the Successful Experience with Children and Youth Requirement as a teacher education requirement as of March 1, 2011.
